This individual will be responsible for:
· Laptop deployment
· Ticketing through ServiceNow
· Communicating with executives
· Performing laptop imaging & setup related tasks while providing helpdesk support as needed
· Obtaining and conveying clear information for windows troubleshooting
· Supporting special projects as assigned
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
· One (1) plus years of hands-on help desk experience.
· Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call center environment.
· Strong customer service mentality.
· Interpersonal skills, communicating with executives.
