Currently, we are searching for an IT Program Manager - Enterprise Asset Management to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancies.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. Must be located in Atlanta. Cannot work C2C.
IT Program Manager to lead large-scale initiatives supporting the modernization and integration of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Operational Technology (OT) systems. This individual will oversee complex, multi-stakeholder projects aimed at improving the reliability, data integrity, and performance of the organization’s physical asset infrastructure. The role requires a strong understanding of utility asset management, system integrations, and regulatory requirements within a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- LLead and manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise asset management initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology programs involving systems such as Maximo, SAP EAM, GIS, APM, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, field services, compliance, IT, and vendor teams to ensure project success.
- Establish and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and change management processes.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory standards relevant to physical asset tracking and maintenance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships and SOWs for system implementations and upgrades.
- Report program progress, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement through documentation, lessons learned, and alignment with enterprise PMO standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience managing large-scale IT or OT programs, preferably in asset-intensive industries such as utilities, energy, or manufacturing.
- Proven experience leading programs involving Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems and field workforce technologies.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, reliability-centered maintenance, and work order tracking.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and implementation oversight.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., NERC CIP, OSHA, FERC).
- Familiarity with GIS (Esri), SCADA, APM (Asset Performance Management), or CMMS platforms.
- PMP or equivalent project/program management certification.
