IT Program Manager - Customer Application Implementation

Currently, we are searching for an IT Program Manager - Customer Applications to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancies.

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. Must be located in Atlanta. Cannot work C2C.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a complex customer application implementation program.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and third-party vendors to define requirements, scope, and delivery timelines.
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring alignment with program goals and timely issue resolution.
- Manage program governance, reporting, change control, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor progress across workstreams such as UI/UX, data integration, customer communications, cybersecurity, and mobile platforms.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise IT architecture, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.
- Track program KPIs and milestones, escalating risks and roadblocks as needed.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, manage expectations, and support adoption of the new application suite.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of IT project/program management experience, including large-scale enterprise software implementations.
- 3+ years of experience specifically managing customer-facing application implementations (web and/or mobile platforms).
- Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the energy, utilities, or regulated industry environments.
- Familiarity with customer platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle CC&B, SAP CRM, or similar.
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master).
