Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an IT Sales Executive to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.
This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position, that offers fully remote work. Candidate must be located in central Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Develop business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, client meetings, and industry networking for IT MSP (mostly infrastructure side managed services).
- Identify and manage sales opportunities using the company’s CRM to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Understand clients’ business objectives and IT strategies to position relevant products, services, and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers and industry partners.
- Work closely with internal pre- and post-sales teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and evolving market conditions.
- Participate in travel within the assigned sales territory to engage customers and attend company events.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of successful experience in IT sales, with a proven track record in new business development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage long-term sales cycles.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
- Ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate deals with a variety of customers.
- Previous experience in field sales and knowledge of leading IT solutions from major vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, HP) is a plus.
Additional Information:
- Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more.
- Position involves frequent travel (approximately 50%) to meet with customers and attend company events.
- Preferred candidate location is in central Florida to align with the assigned territory.
