Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an Infrastructure Lead to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.
This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position, not offering sponsorship, or C2C, that sits fully remote.Â
Responsibilities:
· Monitor, support, install, and configure a variety of technologies/services across multiple clients’ infrastructures. Â
· Work closely with application development and sales teams, provide expertise in security and networking configurations, and ensure the reliability and availability of critical systems.
· Offer expertise in security, networking, SMTP, and authentication configurations for new and existing customers.
· Assist with onboarding new customers, including user ID creation, email inbox setup, and application access requests.
· Implement and support Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
· Monitor website availability across multiple availability zones in cloud instances.
· Install and configure containerized software.
· Document complex infrastructure environments, including configurations and changes.
· Support and maintain development sandbox instances in AWS and Azure cloud environments.
Requirements:
· 8-10 years in infrastructure management and support.
· Demonstrated expertise in security, networking, and CI/CD practices.
· Experience in the following technologies preferred: Windows, Citrix, VDI and VMware technologies, Azure, Azure Active Directory, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
· Experience in the following technologies a bonus: UiPath, Sitecore platform, Lucidworks Fusion, or Apache Solr.
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
