Job Description
Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently, we are searching for a Kinetic ERP System Administrator to fill an immediate full-time vacancy.
Day to Day:
- Maintaining and optimizing the organization's Kinetic ERP system across various office locations.
- Troubleshoot Epicor ERP-related issues.
- Handle Daily ERP related Tickets submitted to Help Desk
- Maintain knowledge of all aspects of the business, such as Warehousing, Sales, Accounting, and Purchasing.
- Responsible for testing and implementation of all ERP Software Upgrades.
Primary Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Epicor Administration. 1+ of those years being within Epicor 11 or Kinetic.
- 2+ years writing SQL queries
- Experience with Kinetic, Experience with Epicor 10 or above
- Implementation and upgrades experience
- Database basics and fundamentals
Nice to haves:
- Epicor's Prophet 21 (P21) experience.
- Experience with Crystal reports.
- Implementation training and support (post go live)
