Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Lead .NET+ RPG Developer to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.
This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position, not offering sponsorship, or C2C, that sits fully remote.
Day to Day:
· Coding, testing, maintaining, and supporting software in a multi-platform (.NET and RPG) and enterprise environment.
· Working closely with business analysts and stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements to understand and meet the customers’ needs.
· Responsible for designing and implementing how technologies will be incorporated in current systems or will be used in development of very complex new systems.
· Diagnose, isolate, and de-bug complex software problems, and provide resolution.
· Helping the dev team prioritize and leading efforts towards completing team initiatives.
· Researches, evaluates, and recommends new development tools and applications as appropriate. May be responsible for managing work within a project.
Requirements:
· 10+ years programming experience including expertise in both .NET and RPG programming.
· Ability to analyze and design software solutions to meet complex requirements.
· Experience with multi-platform environments, complex data structures, and strong database understanding.
· C# .NET Development Experience - Required
· SQL for CRUD operations – Required
· IBM I Development Experience – Highly Preferred
· .Net WinForms Development - Preferred
· IBM RPG Free Format Experience - Highly Preferred
· IBM DB2 Database Experience - Highly Preferred
