Lead Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description
Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Lead Accounts Payable Specialist to fulfill an immediate vacancy.

This individual will be responsible for:
•       Reviewing of Great Plains for accuracy and posting of invoices.
•       Processing AP within the team including rent, tax, revenue sharing, site operating/capital expenditures and check processing.
•       Processing void transactions in Wells Fargo and Great Plains and monitor Positive Pay exceptions daily.
•       Reconciling A/P aging to general ledger account.
•       Reviewing aged items on the monthly aging reports and provide recommendations to supervisor.

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
•       5+ years Accounts Payable experience.Â
•       Must have demonstrated advanced knowledge and work with MS Excel.
•       Hands-On experience using Great Plains is a plus
