Rezult Group is dedicated to enhancing patient care services nationwide. We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract opportunity with an exceptional Primary Care organization in Owensboro, KY

·      Contract Length: 23 weeks
·      Start date: ASAP
·      Local Pay rate range: $30 to $35 an hour
·      Travel pay: $1502 a week gross pay / $1246 a week travel stipend
·      Schedule: DAYS – Monday 8 am to 8 pm / Wednesday 8 am to 5 pm / Thursday 8 am to 6 pm / Friday 8 am to 12 pm
·      Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Weekly Pay

JOB DESCRIPTION:
·      LPN position for busy Primary Care / Occupational Health clinic.
·      Interviews patients, measures vital signs, such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height, and records information on patients' charts Prepares treatment rooms and patients for examination
·      Gives injections or treatments, performs phlebotomy and routine laboratory tests
·      Schedules appointments and makes follow up phone calls to patients

Requirements:
·      3 years minimum of LPN experience required.
·      ! year experience working in a primary care or urgent care setting preferred.
·      Phlebotomy experience required.
·      LPN license in KY or compact required.
·      BLS or CPR certification required.
