Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Manager, Property Tax Incentives to fulfill an immediate need.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Reviewing gross receipt returns, payment requests, and business licenses.
- Managing vendor relations in partnership with staff to ensure timely and accurate return filings.
- Researching potential incentive opportunities for new company locations, initiating negotiations with applicable governmental jurisdictions and agencies to obtain and implement new incentives for these locations, and securing final incentive packages.
- Partnering with real estate department to address project budget and local government issues.
- Reviewing and analyzing monthly income statements and balance sheet activity including related reconciliations for property and gross receipt tax accounts.
- Preparing and reviewing annual budgets.
- Partnering with internal and external auditors.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience to include property tax incentives or public accounting
- Experience in Alteryx, Business Objects, and SAP is a PLUS
- CPA license or Masters in accounting or related field is a PLUS
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
