Job Description
Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently, we are searching for a Mid-Sr Data Developer to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.
This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position, not offering sponsorship, or C2C, and will sit fully onsite in southeast Alabama.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Assist in the integration of data from various sources into the organization’s data warehouse.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes, using SSIS or similar tools, to move and transform data across platforms.
- Design and implement stored procedures and SQL queries to ensure smooth data flows.
- Support and maintain the data warehouse environment, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Analyze data lifecycle from system of record through to presentation layers in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data movement and integration across the enterprise.
- Potential involvement in data modeling and optimization of data processes.
- 3-7 years of experience working with SQL and developing complex queries.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools (SSIS preferred; experience with KingswaySoft, Boomi, or Informatica a plus).
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data integration practices.
- Ability to think critically about data relationships and design solutions that optimize data flow and reporting.
- Experience with data modeling and presenting data for reporting or analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
