Job Description
Rezult Group is dedicated to enhancing patient care through innovative technology services nationwide. We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner for a contract opportunity with an exceptional Occupational / Primary Care Healthcare company in Hanover, PA.
·      Contract Length: 14 weeks
·      Pay rate range: $65 - $70 an hour
·      Start date: April 28th
·      Schedule: Tuesday – 11am – 7pm / Thursday – 11am – 4pm / Friday – 7am – 3pm
·      Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Weekly Pay

JOB DESCRIPTION:
·      Provide Primary Care + Acute Episodic Care to patients
·      Provide comprehensive primary care services, including annual physicals and routine wellness visits.
·      Deliver women’s health services, including Pap smears, preventive screenings, and patient education.
·      Care for members, dependents, and spouses ages 3 and up.
·      Administer vaccinations, perform lab work, and conduct timely review of results.
·      Collaborate with community healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
·      Offer general wellness guidance and education to support healthy lifestyle choices.

REQUIREMENTS:
·      At least 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience required.
·      Experience with Primary Care or Occupational Health a plus
·      RN license in PA required.
·      NP License in PA required.
·      BLS or CPR certification required.
·      ANCC or AANP certification required
·      DEA certification in PA required.
