Rezult Group is dedicated to enhancing patient care through innovative technology services nationwide. We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract opportunity with an exceptional Occupational Healthcare company in Bloomsburg, PA.
Contract Details:
·         Contract Length – 13 weeks with potential for extension
·         Start date – ASAP
·         Schedule - Days – M-F 6 am – 2:30 pm (40 hours a week)
·         Pay Rate: $50 - $55 per hour
·         Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Holidays
Job Description:
·         Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.
·         Responsible for hearing testing and occupational health RTW cases etc.
·         Uses nursing skills to evaluate patient care needs, prioritize treatment, and maintain patient flow.
·         Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses in an efficient and professional manner within the scope of practice and consistent with clinical nursing guidelines.
·         Collaborates with Licensed Independent Practitioner to arrange for further medical treatment, when needed.
·         Performs occupational and health screening tests as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
·         RNOH | Occ health site - single nurse site.
·         Some flexibility to cover hearing testings for 2nd & 3rd shifts as needed
·         Must be able to work alone.
·         Will do hearing conservations and RTW notes.
·         Possible temp to hire for the right candidate.
Qualifications:
·         Minimum 3 years of RN experience in primary care, occupational health, or urgent care setting required.
·         Active RN license in the State of Pennsylvania.
