Onboarding & Internal Recruiting Associate:




The Onboarding & Internal Recruiting Associate reports to the Director of Operations and Recruitment Development Manager and collaborates closely with our clients, internal team, and external candidates. This role primarily focuses on supporting back-office functions, particularly those related to external consultants, and providing outbound support to our internal recruitment team.




Job Description:
  •  Process new hire and termination paperwork for consultants.
  •  Facilitate weekly timecard collection.
  •  Assist in the management of company's social media presence across various platforms.
  • Assist staff with administrative duties as requested including company communications and producing various reports.
  •  Manage client onboarding including contract management and client communications.
  • Assist with benefit administration for all consultants.
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential internal candidates.
  • Assist with internal talent acquisition by conducting outreach to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to market job opportunities effectively, showcasing our company culture and values.
  • Manage the posting of job opportunities on various platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and reach.
  • Held accountable to weekly operations and sales metrics.
