Payroll Administrator Consultant
Job Description
Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Payroll Administrator Consultant to fulfill an immediate 6-month need.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding pay stubs, tax forms (W-2, W-4), direct deposit, and payroll policies, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Assisting in preparing basic payroll reports and summaries for HR and Finance teams.
- Supporting payroll audits by checking data accuracy and ensuring required documentation is complete.
- Organizing and maintaining payroll files, ensuring compliance with company policies and recordkeeping standards.
- Other duties as assigned
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 1-2 years of payroll experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365
- Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system
- Experience with UKG is a plus
