Currently we are searching for a Payroll Specialist to fill an immediate permanent need with an exceptional client in Brentwood, Tennessee—operating on a hybrid schedule with two days a week in office.

Job responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the full cycle payroll functions and processes for multi-state, bi-weekly processing
- Issuing paychecks or electronic transfers to bank accounts on an ad hoc basis
- Calculate retro payments, prorated salaries, and manual check payments as needed
- Administer garnishments and answer related questions
- Ensure year-end adjustments and W-2s are handled timely
- Reconcile and process all payroll taxes and returns and manage payroll tax audits
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for accurate timekeeping and processing
- Ad hoc payroll inquiries
We are currently speaking with candidates who have:
- 3(+) years of progressive multi-state full-cycle payroll experience
- ADP Workforce Now experience highly preferred
- Excel skills to include: VLOOKUPS and imports
- CPP license a plus
