Currently we are searching for a Payroll Specialist to fill a permanent need with an exceptional client that operates on a hybrid schedule in Nashville, TN.
Job responsibilities include working with the payroll team on various responsibilities to include:
- Processing full-cycle Canadian payroll and handling employee inquiries as needed
- Processing high-volume payroll on a bi-weekly basis utilizing ADP WorkforceNow
- Handling discrepancies, fixing errors and ensuring accuracy of payroll cycle
- Communicating with internal teams for ad hoc payroll duties as needed
We are currently speaking with candidates who have:
- A minimum of two years experience processing payroll with Canadian payroll experience a plus
- Excel skills to include Pivot tables & VLOOKUP's
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or FCP/CPP certification highly preferred
