Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing patient care services nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Physical Therapist to fulfill an immediate contract vacancy for an exceptional occupational healthcare organization based out of North Chicago, IL.
·       9 weeks with potential for extension
·       Shift: DAYS- Monday -Friday 7:30 AM – 4 PM
·       Pay rate: $55-$65 an hour
·       Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Holiday Pay
JOB DESCRIPTION:
·      Manual Therapy, Vestibular Rehab, Orthopedic post-op rehab, rehab of spinal disorders, experience in treatment of elbow, wrist, hand disorders.
·      Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
·      Treatments are performed as ordered in a safe, timely manner. Staff and family members are involved in the treatment when indicated.
·      Medical documentation in Epic EMR.
·      Evaluates patients referred for P.T., utilizing specialized testing procedures and skills, incorporating data from the medical records and assessing the patient’s strength, range of motion, coordination, perception, sensation, ambulation, transfers, bed mobility, etc. and Rehab.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
·      3-5 years of recent Physical Therapist experience.Â
·      Orthopedic experience required.
·      Illinois PT License and AHA BLS certification required.
