Physical Therapist - Lafayette IN

Currently we are searching for a Physical Therapist to fulfill an immediate contract vacancy for an exceptional occupational healthcare organization based out of Lafayette, IN.
· Contract length: 6 weeks
· Pay rate range: $55 - $65 an hour
· Shifts: Monday through Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm
· Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Weekly Pay
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Responsible for Manual Therapy, Vestibular Rehab, Orthopedic post-op rehab, rehab of spinal disorders, experience in treatment of elbow, wrist, hand disorders.
· Work in collaboration with other Health Center staff members including, doctors, NPs, PAs, nurses, dietitians, wellness coaches, as well as community providers to handle the patient load and with onsite providers as to injury type and plan of care.
· Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
· Teaching “real time” proper body mechanics at the employee’s workstation.
· Assessing and correcting poor ergonomics.
· Open to candidate working 3 - 12's, 4 - 10's or 5 - 8's Actual work start and end time will depend on availability and days worked.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
· 2-5 years of recent Physical Therapist experience.
· PT License in Indiana and CPR certification required.
