Rezult Group is dedicated to enhancing patient care through innovative technology services nationwide. We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract opportunity with an exceptional Primary Care Clinic in Elgin, IL.
·      Contract Length: 24 weeks
·      Start date: June 9th
·      Pay rate: $50 - $55 an hour
·      Schedule: DAYS – Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm with 1 hour lunch daily (40 hours a week)
·      Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Weekly Pay / Holiday Pay

JOB DESCRIPTION:
·      Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.
·      Responsible for hearing testing and occupational health RTW cases etc.
·      Uses nursing skills to evaluate patient care needs, prioritize treatment, and maintain patient flow.
·      Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses in an efficient and professional manner within the scope of practice and consistent with clinical nursing guidelines.
·      Collaborates with Licensed Independent Practitioner to arrange for further medical treatment, when needed.
·      Performs occupational and health screening tests as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
·      Identifies emergency situations and provides care within legal scope of practice.Â
Requirements:
·      3 years of ER, Critical Care, Ambulatory, Primary Care or occupational health RN experience.
·      RN license in IL or compact required. BLS certification required.Â
·      Looking for an RN with experience with Epic, Phlebotomy, Lab Point of care testing and assisting a provider.
