This individual will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Project Manager with reports, analysis, and timely project statuses.Â
- Assisting the Project Manager in managing 4 enterprise level systems.
- Ensuring projects run smoothly, designing and running the change and release management activities.
- Crafting executive level project status presentations, organizing and attending stakeholder meetings.
- Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value.
- Acting as the agent recorder on how AI connects to applications.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have:
- One year of Project Coordinator experience.
- A Bachelors degree in field of business administration, computer science, finance, engineering, marketing, or information systems.
- A go getter attitude/ self-starter.
