Additionally, this role will be responsible for:
• Building and mentoring a team of engineers and leaders
• Creating and implementing clear roadmaps at an enterprise level
We are actively speaking with applicants that have:
• 5+ years leading QA and Development teams
• 7+ years of experience within an enterprise Software QA Environment
• Strong exposure to modern engineering practices and test orchestration tools
Preferred skills include:
• Healthcare experience
• Jenkins. Git, CI/CD
• Ability to build highly technical, high performing teams
• Web and mobile applications
• Skilled in developing technical solutions to complex problems
• Flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative, a team-oriented leader
• BS or MS in STEM
