Rezult Group is dedicated to enhancing patient care through innovative technology services nationwide. We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract opportunity with an exceptional Occupational Healthcare company in Sterling Heights, MI.
Contract Details:
·      Contract Length – 8 weeks with potential for extension
·      Start date – ASAP
·      Schedule -  March 17 - March 31, 2025: Mondays: 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM, Wednesdays: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Fridays: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM
·      Starting April 1, 2025: Mondays: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Wednesdays: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Thursdays: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Fridays: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
·      Pay Rate: $50 - $60 per hour
·      Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision
Job Description:
·      Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.
·      Provide or manage the required physical evaluation programs and services to meet regulatory requirement; such as OSHA, Department of Transportation, CDC, etc.
·      Uses nursing skills to evaluate patient care needs, prioritize treatment, and maintain patient flow.
·      Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses in an efficient and professional manner within the scope of practice and consistent with clinical nursing guidelines.
·      Collaborates with Licensed Independent Practitioner to arrange for further medical treatment, when needed.
·      Performs occupational and health screening tests as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
Qualifications:
·      Minimum 1 year of RN experience in primary care, occupational health, or urgent care setting required.
·      Active RN license in the State of Michigan or a compact license.
