Registered Nurse - Frederick MD

Currently we are searching for a Registered Nurse to fulfill an immediate contract vacancy for an exceptional Occupational Healthcare company located in Frederick, MD
•        Start date: ASAP
•        Contract length: 14 weeks plus
•        Local Pay Rate Range: $50 to $60 an hour
•        Travel Pay: $2086 total weekly gross pay / $1246 a week travel stipend
•        Schedule: NIGHTS:  Tuesday through Friday 11 PM to 7 AM
•        Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision
JOB DESCRIPTION:
·      Provide comprehensive occupational health and emergency response services to employees at a client Health Center in Frederick, Maryland.
·      The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, phlebotomy experience, and the ability to work autonomously.
·      Responsible for UDS, BAT, Acute/episodic care,,POC testing, conservative treatment etc.
·      Assesses needs of patients as assigned based on data collected through history, observation, physical examination and analysis of diagnostic data.
·      Provides appropriate nursing interventions, consistent with the Plan of Care and standards of practice, incorporating the Physician's prescribed medical plans of care.
·      Responsible for medical surveillance and case management.
 We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
·      Must have at least 3 years or Emergency Room RN experience required
·      Experience within occupational health, urgent care or other ambulatory clinic environments preferred
·      Strong clinical assessment and phlebotomy skills required
·      Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment required
·      Experience in strategies to promote and maintain healthy, safe, and productive workplaces, including: partners to identify/mitigate workplace hazards, health screenings/education, fitness for duty, and return to work exams preferred
·      Active MD or Compact RN license required
