Rezult Group is dedicated to enhancing patient care through innovative technology services nationwide. We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for a contract opportunity with an exceptional Primary Care / Occupational Healthcare company in Lafayette, IN
·      Contract Length: 6 weeks
·      Start date: 6-29
·      Schedule: NIGHTS – 4 pm – 4 am Monday – Friday (3x12s or 4x10s available)
·      Pay rate range: $55 - $65 an hour
·      Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Weekly Pay

JOB DESCRIPTION:
·      Evaluates, treats, and prioritizes patient care within an occupational health environment
·      Providing immediate care for workplace injuries and coordinating follow-up care to ensure a safe return to work.
·      Provide occupational health first aid management.
·      Conducting medical health surveillance completion and assessments to identify potential health risks among employees.
·      Maintaining accurate health records and reporting on health center activities to ensure compliance and improve health outcomes.
Requirements:
·      5 years of RN experience required.
·      At least 2 years of RN specialty in urgent care, primary care, occupational health and / or ER experience desired.
·      Must have experience with injury triage.
·      RN license in IN required / BLS or CPR certification required.
