Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Reimbursement Consultant to fulfill a 90-day immediate contract role operating on a hybrid schedule based in Brentwood, TN.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Audit finalized cost reports for seven hospitals, identifying and analyzing the impact of audit adjustments on financial outcomes.
- Support backlog cleanup efforts by managing large-scale reconciliations and ensuring data accuracy across multiple reporting periods.
- Utilize HFS (Health Financial Systems) software to prepare and review Medicare/Medicaid cost reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 2+ years of experience with Medicare cost reports/reimbursements (minimum of 2 hospitals a year)
- Bach degree preferred
- Experience with HFS or a similar system
