Currently we are searching for a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to fill an immediate permanent need with an exceptional client operating onsite in Nashville, TN.
Job responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Researching complex accounting issues and document technical accounting position papers
- Working closely with other Accounting departments to ensure accurate acquisition accounting
- Assisting with external audit support and year end audit support
- Mentoring and review Staff Accountant's work
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in public accounting or specifically financial reporting
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Active CPA license or CPA eligible with strong plan to obtain it
- Takes initiative and unafraid to bring ideas to the table
