Senior Accountant
Job Description
Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Senior Accountant to fulfill an immediate need.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Lead full-cycle accounting close processes (monthly, quarterly, and annual), ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with applicable standards.
- Analyze financial results, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, and review variances to support informed decision-making.
- Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies, implementing automation, and enhancing overall close cycle performance.
- Develop and standardize accounting processes and internal controls to strengthen compliance, consistency, and operational scalability.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting or blended experience)
- Intermediate Excel skills: pivot tables, vlookups, formulas
- CPA preferred
- Experience with large ERP systems (Sage Intaact preferred)
