Currently we are searching for a Senior Accountant to fulfill an immediate permanent need with an exceptional company based out of Nashville, TN operating on a hybrid schedule.

This individual will be responsible for:
- Overseeing monthly close process and ensure proper accounting for the company's partner practices
- Manage and oversee staff accountants day-to-day work
- Prepare and review month-end balance sheet reconciliations, consolidation activities and financial reporting duties
- Identify areas of process improvement, recommend changes, and execute improvement
We are actively speaking with candidates that have:
- 3+ years of Accounting experience (Public Accounting experience highly preferred)
- CPA or working to get CPA is highly preferred
- Critical thinker with excellent communication & Customer Service skills
- Intermediate Excel—VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables
