Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Finance Associate position to fulfill an immediate remote vacancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly analysis of financial results, providing insights on significant variances from budget, forecast, and previous periods.
- Utilize analytics to support cross-functional teams, interpreting data to reveal business implications.
- Prepare and distribute standard monthly operating and financial reports.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and manage quarterly forecasting.
- Handle ad hoc requests and participate in special projects as needed.
- Develop and refine presentations for monthly Enterprise Reviews.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Finance or a related field, with a strong focus on Excel, month-end reporting, and P&L management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business discipline - Acct, Finance, Econ
- Candidates should be highly analytical, possess critical thinking abilities, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity along with sound decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on proactive stakeholder management.
