Currently we are searching for a Senior Financial Analyst Consultant (fully remote) to fill an immediate permanent need with an exceptional client based in Nashville, Tennessee.

Job responsibilities include:
Â
·      Supporting an SAP AFO conversion model, including Finance / Accounting workbook conversion using intermediate modeling, process testing, and data reconciliation.
·      Manually convert Finance workbooks with Excel’s SAP Analysis for Office add-in.
·      Strong understanding of Accounting/Finance, and a familiarity with Financial Statements.
·      Remap and rebuild existing workbooks using current SAP system, while formatting data sets to be intuitive in the client’s migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 Hana.
·      Utilize Advanced Excel skills daily: VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Index Match, Indirect References, etc.
·      Communicate status updates to Team Lead, Senior Director and V/P for implementation checklist items.
·      Deploy converted workbooks that anticipate multiple business line user’s needs for go-live support.
·      Refine processes with a solutions-focused mindset, including: revising Excel Formulas, reconfiguring Data elements, and developing Financial templates and presentations.
·      Support team members through cross-training and troubleshooting.
·      Provide strategic analysis for improvements that reinforce cohesiveness and solidarity within a variety of P&L statements and supporting documents.

We are currently speaking with candidates who have:
- 5 (+) plus years of finance/FP&A experience
- Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Index Match, Indirect References, etc.
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with large data sets
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to toggle multiple assignments

Morgan started her career as a Recruiting Partner and has progressively taken on new roles within the organization. She found her passion for sales when she became a Business Development Manager where she interfaced with clients, worked closely with her team, enhanced her knowledge of organizational accounting and finance needs, and learned how to best partner with her clients. Morgan’s outgoing and creative personality sets her apart as a contributor and leader within our organization.
Morgan received her bachelor’s degree from The University of Memphis where she studied Public Relations. She and her husband are proud parents to their two Wheaten Terriers, Lu and Andy. When not looking after her fur babies Morgan loves cheering on the Tigers, being with friends traveling and celebrating all things Nashville!
