Job Description
Rezult is seeking a Sr. Manager, HCMS for an immediate, full-time role. This position serves as a strategic business partner to the HR leadership team, focusing on Workday/Dayforce systems. The role involves creating and implementing HCM strategies, optimizing processes, and providing data analytics to enhance business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance HR technology systems for a seamless user experience.
- Stay updated with technology improvements and serve as a Workday/Dayforce expert.
- Perform functional configurations for various HR modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and implement solutions.
- Train and mentor HR colleagues on Workday/Dayforce.
- Ensure data accuracy and system compliance with security and privacy requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience leading HCM/HRIS projects and teams.
- Preferred experience with Workday or Dayforce.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
