Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an Senior Tax Accountant, Direct Tax to fulfill an immediate need.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Prepare federal, state and local partnership tax returns and corporate subsidiaries
- Process quarterly estimated payments and extensions
- Interact with other internal departments to gather information, resolve tax-related problems and make recommendations for process improvements
- Assist in K-1 distribution process and preparing tax provision schedules
- Stay up to date changing federal, state and local tax laws
- Ad hoc duties around tax as needed
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 1-2+ years of professional experience in a corporate tax department or public accounting firm
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- Intermediate Excel Skills to include Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Proficiency in tax software programs (OneSource and CorpTax are a plus!)
- CPA or CPA eligible a plus*
