Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for Sr. CCaaS Engineer to fulfill an immediate vacancy.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Technically leading cross-functional departments and call centers through complex solutions.
- Build, scale, and maintain the platform while partnering with Business Stakeholders.
- Developing solutions on the CCaaS platform and CRM systems.
- Designing omni-channel call flows and integrations with back-end systems using APIs.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 4+ years developing scripts/interfaces for NICE CXone Application
- 4+ years working with NICE CXone and TalkDesk
- 3+ years developing / integrating ServiceNow and Salesforce
- 3+ years programing in Java/Javascript
