Sr. Analyst
Job Description
Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Senior Analyst to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.
This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position that sits onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CST. Sponsorship not provided.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic analytics partner to senior operational leaders, providing financial and operational insights to support performance, forecasting, and planning decisions across multiple business units
- Build and maintain advanced Excel-based financial and operational models to evaluate resource needs, capacity planning, demand trends, and performance improvement opportunities
- Perform ad hoc, scenario-based analysis to assess business changes, growth initiatives, cost optimization strategies, and operational impact
- Develop executive-ready reporting and presentations using PowerPoint and BI tools to communicate trends, risks, and recommendations to leadership audiences
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders through regular business reviews and working sessions
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and technology partners to continuously improve data quality, reporting workflows, and analytic processes
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and time-to-insight across the organization
Position Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in an analyst role supporting operational, financial, or performance-based decision making in a business environment
- Advanced Excel proficiency required (pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups, data modeling; Power Query or advanced data model experience strongly preferred)
- Experience analyzing large, multi-source datasets and presenting findings to leadership or non-technical stakeholders
- Exposure to SQL and/or business intelligence tools (Power BI or similar) preferred but not required
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently engage senior leaders and facilitate data-driven discussions
- Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities, handle ad hoc analysis requests, and solve ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
