We’re seeking a data-driven leader to oversee a team focused on delivering actionable insights across multiple business functions. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, can manage both people and projects, and is passionate about solving complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts and operations staff
- Develop strategies using data to support cross-functional initiatives
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Drive process improvements and automation
Ideal Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or Information Science (Graduate Degree Preferred)
- 5+ years in analytics, strategy, or operations
- 2+ years managing analyst teams
- Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and data storytelling
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Based in Birmingham, AL (onsite role)
