Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an experienced Program Manager to lead the launch of a new PBM solution in the market. This strategic initiative involves partnering with an adjudication provider and establishing a new captive entity to expand service offerings. The consultant will be responsible for managing the program’s transformation, ensuring seamless alignment across workstreams, and successfully integrating the new offering into the broader organization.

Project Scope & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute the project plan (that has already been stood up), pivoting when necessary to meet evolving business needs.
- Act as an advisor to the Chief Clinical Officer, maintaining visibility into all project work streams
- Manage cross-functional teams spanning corporate, product management, clinical, GTM readiness, and operations
- Engage with external vendors and partners to finalize agreements and integrations when needed.
- Drive communication across teams, translating complex project updates into actionable business insights.
Ideal Profile:
- Enterprise program management experience, ideally in the healthcare industry
- Background in business transformation, PBM experience is a plus but not required.
- Strategic business management skills, with the ability to frame updates for both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong communicator with experience engaging executives and managing up/down the organization.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience in high-paced environments, ideally within the healthcare space or at a PBM specifically
Logistics:
- We are looking for someone who can get started as soon as possible
- This will be a full time role, remote with Central Time Zone working hours
- Occasional onsite travel for leadership team meetings
