Job Description

Currently, we are searching for a Junior Analyst / Support Analyst to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.
This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position, not offering sponsorship or C2C, and is onsite in southeastern Alabama.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 3 technical support for field operations technology, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues that Level 2 support cannot resolve.
- Manage support tickets using Cherwell, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining system functionality.
- Collaborate with field workers and support the technology used for freight weighing, dimensioning, and yard management operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational tech issues across Windows and Android-based systems, escalating complex issues to maintenance teams as needed.
- Work closely with Senior Analyst to align technical support efforts and assist in the ongoing development of technology solutions to support business needs.
- Contribute to the evolution of operational systems by leveraging an understanding of the technology stack to meet business and operational requirements.
- 2-3 years of technical support experience, particularly in Level 3 troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
- Proficiency in Windows or Android systems, with a strong foundation in problem-solving and system diagnostics.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; candidates with a strong technical support background are preferred.
- Interest or experience in the business side of IT, with a passion for supporting technology solutions that enhance operational efficiencies and drive business success.
- Familiarity with SQL, web services, or freight/weight inspection systems is a plus.
- A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and the ability to understand how technology can be leveraged to optimize business processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and field workers in a dynamic operational environment.
