Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Tax Manager to fulfill an immediate need.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and managing federal, state, and local tax filings for individual, corporate, partnership, and other entity types, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations
- Serving as the primary point of contact for tax clients, fostering strong client relationships, understanding their tax needs, and providing customized tax strategies and advice
- Supervising, mentoring, and coaching junior staff and senior tax professionals, ensuring continuous development and high performance within the tax team
- Providing proactive tax planning strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with current tax laws and regulations
- Identifying potential tax risks for clients and providing recommendations to mitigate exposure, reviewing tax returns, tax provisions, and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal, state, and local tax codes.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus in tax
- CPA license is required
- Experience in client management with proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in managing and developing a team
