This individual will be responsible for:
· Providing first point of contact to resolve customers' hardware and software issues. (This will primarily be via inbound phone calls, chat, or email, but may require outbound
· Solving problems, and researching issues to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow-up as needed to resolve problems
· Display emotional intelligence by activity listening, displaying patience, and empathy to our customers and internally with your teammates.
· Acting as first level of technical support for clients and always portray a positive image of company and products.
· Guaranteeing customer satisfaction through quick problem resolution, follow up and excellent service.
· Being a support visionary seeking new ways to make the end-user experience better while creating new ways to help make the software better.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
· 2 – 4 years working in a customer-centric work environment
· Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft suite
· Must have a proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information

Justin Uselton is the Director of Business Operations in our Boca Raton location. Justin came to Rezult Group with more than 13 years in staffing and recruiting, having steadily progressed from production roles as a recruiter and account manager into leadership. He has led teams, large and small, in Information Technology and Healthcare.
Justin in known for being an enthusiastic and stead-fast leader, who builds teams on the basis of trust and accountability. He is deeply passionate about watching people develop and gain success both collectively and individually as he leads from within. He uses the foundation he created as an individual contributor and his professional growth to help those he leads, making Justin an essential leader and team member to everyone he works with.
Justin is a Tennessee native who graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business. He moved to South Florida with his wife 7 years ago and has enjoyed every second the sunshine state has offered. Justin and his wife enjoy riding bikes, traveling, time at the golf course and serve as neophyte foodies as often as possible.
