Lead SCADA Analyst

Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Lead Scada Analyst to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.
This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position that sits fully remote in the United States (occasional travel required — roughly 4x/year).
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical projects related to industrial control systems (SCADA) and integration work resulting from company growth and acquisitions.
- Own and run small cross-functional project teams — assign tasks, set timelines, track deliverables and drive follow-up to completion.
- Manage and execute mass data migrations, transformation/analytics, and system cutovers; contribute hands-on to scripting or development work as needed.
- Coordinate integration activities across acquired systems and third-party vendors, ensuring stable handoffs and minimal disruption to operations.
- Communicate status, risks, and technical direction to stakeholders; produce technical documentation and runbooks for ongoing support.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate contractors to keep multiple “lanes” of work moving concurrently.
Position Requirements:
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (technical discipline recommended).
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with SCADA or industrial control systems, with demonstrable integration or migration work.
- 2+ years hands-on programming experience (C# or VB strongly preferred) to support data migration, transformation, and automation tasks.
- Proven project leadership experience — history of owning projects autonomously and delivering end-to-end.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of managing people, vendors, and stakeholders—attitude and leadership presence are paramount.
- Ability to travel periodically (about 4 times per year) and work in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift with business acquisitions.
