Responsibilities
- Leverage tools like Power BI, Planful, SQL, and other analytics platforms to manage and interpret financial and operational data across multiple hospital locations.
- Partner regularly with field leaders and cross-functional teams—Finance, Ops, Marketing, Procurement—to help drive strategic initiatives.
- Serve as the go-to analyst for several field leadership teams, offering insights and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
- Use diverse data sources to uncover growth opportunities and help scale successful strategies across multiple sites.
- Continuously improve processes and build predictive models to shorten the time from identifying opportunities to executing solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, ideally in a multi-site environment like healthcare or retail.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, challenge assumptions, and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with other analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, impactful messaging.
