Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently, we are searching for an AI & Data Governance Manager to fulfill an immediate vacancy.

This individual will be responsible for:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust data governance framework across ERP, ETRM, and AI-driven systems.
- Designing and executing a data governance program within the company.
- Integrate governance into CI/CD pipelines and MLOps workflows through automation, policy-as-code, and guardrails.
- Working closely as an AI administrator within their new energy focused internal AI platform.
- Develop and enforce policies for model lifecycle management including inventory, versioning, testing, drift detection, approval gates, and decommissioning.
- Maintaining and overseeing data operations within data management, data quality controls, DBA, BI development, and data integration.
- Collaborating with stakeholders in Trading, Finance, Engineering and Compliance to provide training and governance guidance for data and AI usage.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data governance or data management.
- Having experience in an AI platform is required.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills across cross functional teams.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to independently identify problems.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and certifications such as CISSP and CDPSE are preferred.
