Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Sr. Kronos Analyst to fulfill an immediate vacancy.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the UKG Kronos Workforce Central 8.1 platform, providing user support.
- Manage and document system configurations, workflows, and business processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Conduct thorough system testing to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Stay current with industry trends and Kronos updates; proactively recommend and implement system enhancements and improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth system integrations and ongoing support.
- Administer and support SaaS-based solutions, ensuring performance and uptime requirements are met.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have:
- 3+ years of experience with Kronos Workforce Central or a similar workforce/timekeeping system.
- 3+ years of software engineering experience, building, upgrading, and managing systems.
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, including functions, packages, and procedures.
