Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a  Product Manager - Supply Chain to fulfill an immediate vacancy.
Core Competencies:
·        They need someone that is hands-on and doing the day-to-day duties. They need to be able to analyze needs from a demand, supply, and inventory standpoint.
·        They need someone to identify the problem & the solution and relay that to the Execution Person.
·        5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain
This individual will be responsible for:
Product & Packaging Lifecycle Management
·        Lead product and packaging change management efforts, ensuring seamless execution across Quality, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
·        Manage packaging revisions, including artwork, labels, materials, and component changes through controlled documentation and approval processes.
·        Maintain accurate product Bills of Materials (BOMs), specifications, and documentation in collaboration with Quality Assurance and Regulatory.
Supply Chain Coordination & Sourcing
·        Collaborate with Demand Planning, Procurement, and Quality to understand production needs and ensure continuous supply.
·        Monitor global material costs and identify potential risks associated with tariffs, raw material shortages, or price fluctuations.
·        Partner with Quality to source alternative raw materials or suppliers when cost, lead time, or quality challenges arise.
Change Control & Compliance
·        Own the change control process for all product formulations and packaging updates, ensuring compliance with FDA, cGMP, and internal documentation standards.
·        Confirm all packaging and label updates meet regulatory and brand requirements before production release.
Business Performance & Product Line Reviews
·        Conduct quarterly product line reviews in partnership with Finance and Sales Operations to evaluate:
o  Sales performance and growth trends
o  Gross margins and cost changes
o  Channel and distribution performance
o  Pricing history, promotions, and competitive positioning
Cross-Functional Communication & Reporting
·        Serve as the primary point of contact for product and packaging change timing, readiness, and communication.
·        Facilitate cross-departmental meetings ensure alignment on priorities, progress, and deadlines.
Continuous Improvement & Sustainability
·        Identify opportunities to improve packaging efficiency, reduce waste, and support company-wide sustainability initiatives.
·        Contribute to ongoing process improvements that reduce lead times, improve documentation accuracy, and strengthen supply chain performance.

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
·        Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business, or related field.
·        5+ years of experience in product management, supply chain, or operations within a regulated or consumer product environment.
·        Proven experience in packaging and product change control, BOM management, and vendor coordination.
·        Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, procurement, and supply chain logistics.
·        Demonstrated success managing cost fluctuations, tariffs, and raw material sourcing adjustments.
·        Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
·        Proficiency with ERP and project management tools (e.g., NetSuite, Smartsheet, Asana).
·        Familiarity with FDA and cGMP guidelines for product and packaging changes.
