Technical Analyst
Job Description

This individual will be responsible for:
- Leading the migration of end-user to a new remote desktop.
- Production support of the enrollment in Thin Terminals for 500+ users.
- Working with the transition team onsite with remote users across the country.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:Â
- Hands-on experience with Office Products.
- 2+ Years of remote IT and user-facing support experience.
- High level organization and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications and Experience:
- Virtual Desktop Experience (Service Central)
- 3+ Years of Information Technology hands-on experience.
