UKG Analyst
Job Description
Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently, we are searching for a UKG Analyst to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.
This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position that sits onsite in southeast Alabama.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Supporting our enterprise client's UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) instance, dedicating 70% of time to managing the system.
- Assist with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), primarily in a support role, dedicating 30% of time to troubleshooting and system improvements.
- Work closely with the HR team to conduct business analysis, troubleshoot issues, and address the needs of the business.
- Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and monitoring to ensure the UKG system operates smoothly.
- Write scripts (such as SSIS packages) and develop integrations to streamline data flows, with a focus on extracting data and integrating with other systems, including Azure AD.
- Participate in data mapping and data extraction for integration into the company's data warehouse.
- Ensure the integrity and security of sensitive data, particularly regarding user access and application security.
Position Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience with SQL, with strong knowledge of database management and querying.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with integrations, particularly in HRIS systems or CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as UKG or Kronos, or CRM systems like Dynamics 365.
- Experience with scripting and data extraction, as well as using SSIS or other integration tools.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with HR and IT teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
- Previous experience working in an enterprise or medium-large organization, particularly with systems supporting 5,000+ employees, is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, particularly UKG Pro and Dynamics 365.
