This individual will be responsible for:
- Designing/maintaining the components, UI patterns, and document for the company's design system and component library.
- Writing documentation and usage guidelines that teach designers and engineers how to use components and patterns across design and code.
- Designing low-level, foundational systems and frameworks that enable designers and engineers to create world-class user experiences across different product areas, geographies, and platforms.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:Â
- 3+ years of experience designing user interfaces using Figma
- Experience designing WCAG compliant, accessible interfaces.
- Experience developing interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React)
Preferred Certifications and Experience:
- Experience using a range of design skills (visual, systems, UX) to deliver compelling design solutions to systemic problems.
- Ability to anticipate how a system will be used and the potential downstream effect of large and small changes for all stakeholders.
- Experience communicating large complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with tools such as UserTesting, MS Suite, and Sharepoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Interface Design, Interaction Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
