Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a VP of Finance to fulfill an immediate permanent role operating on a hybrid schedule based in Nashville, TN. (3 days onsite)
This individual will be responsible for:
- Managing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting procedures, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end closure tasks for their 7 different labels
- Overseeing financial analyses for artist signings, renegotiations, investments, acquisitions, and M&A targets
- Managing artist project P&L budgets, reporting, and business models
- Working with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes for record releases
- Managing two finance directors, for project budgets, forecasts, reporting, and financial analysis
- Supporting global budget and target processes, incorporating territory-specific music market forecasts
- Ad hoc duties as needed

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 10(+) years of progressive FP&A experience to include leading a team
- Recorded Music experience REQUIRED
- Advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to travel 2-3 times a year
